By choosing to participate as a guest or financial member of B-Tribe you agree to the following terms and conditions, whether you have read the terms and conditions or not. If choosing to participate as a member, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older.

We reserve all rights in regards to the materials, programs, services and products of the B-Tribe. We reserve the right to change the materials, programs, services and products at any time without warning, at our discretion.

Opinions of contributors are not necessarily those of B-Tribe. Use of material on B-Tribe is not intended to substitute professional, legal or financial advice. When advice is required we encourage you to seek out a qualified professional.

B-Tribe provides no guarantee or warranty that information provided by it will result in increased revenue or profit; nor accepts liability or responsibility for any action arising out of information contained on the site. You agree to use the information on this site at your own risk and take sole responsibility for the choices you make.


All content on the B-Tribe website, including all content contained within the Business Mastery Program, along with all downloads, templates and attachments, is the property of B-Tribe and/or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. This includes but is not limited to lessons, courses, articles, videos, templates, audio files and intellectual property. Use of this material in no way denotes ownership of it. You are not permitted to reproduce, replicate, copy or make available the content to others without the express written permission of B-Tribe.

Copyright exception for Inner Tribe Members

If you hold an active financial B-Tribe Inner Tribe membership, you may share Inner Tribe content, including lessons, downloads, templates and resources with staff employed by your business without seeking prior copyright authorisation. This permission is granted only during the continuance of your Inner Tribe membership.

Website Usage

Your access to B-Tribe (either free or paid - i.e. Inner Tribe) only gives you the right to access and use B-Tribe resources. You are not permitted to share your login details with others. As such you and you alone are responsible for activities that occur under your access details.

Your access does not in any way imply ownership of content - you are not permitted to copy, distribute, sell or publicly share any B-Tribe resources, including your login details. B-Tribe reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at B-Tribe’s discretion.

Account Access via Member Dashboard (My.Tribe)

Your individual B-Tribe Inner Tribe account provides you with access to a range of resources and services, including lessons, content, tax invoices, your member dashboard, and more, via the My.Tribe Portal. To access your account and membership resources, you require:

  • Internet connection (a broadband connection is recommended);
  • An appropriate computer device (laptop/desktop computer or mobile device);
  • Up-to-date internet browsing software (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome);
  • PDF Reader (to open/download PDF files).

If you cancel or fail to renew your Inner Tribe membership, you will no longer be able to access content in your member dashboard (My.Tribe) and any and all copyright permissions are immediately revoked.

Inner Tribe Membership

Membership to the Inner Tribe provides participants with access to a range of services and content (in accordance to each membership tier), including: Business Mastery Program lessons; Resources, worksheets & templates; Web events; Weekly contacts & email support; Centralised portal to manage resources (My.Tribe); Business Q&As; Technology reviews & app suggestions; and more.

Membership fees are paid monthly (whereby members are deducted ongoing monthly fees). Unless a cancellation request has been provided in writing (see the ‘Cancellation of Access’ section below), monthly membership is renewed automatically at the expiry of monthly billing cycles.

Cancellation of Membership

To cancel your membership you are required to submit a cancellation request by email to innertribe@btribe.com.au a minimum of 3 working days before the due date of your membership cycle.

To discontinue any membership, members must follow the procedure for ‘Cancellation of Membership’ above. The outcome of failing to carry out a cancellation request as outlined above (e.g. emailing the wrong email address) is solely the members’ responsibility.

Refund Policy

Inner Tribe membership includes a 30-day money back guarantee. Members who join Inner Tribe may request cancellation and a full refund of monies paid within 30 days of joining. Requests are to be made by emailing innertribe@btribe.com.au. Requests for cancellation of Inner Tribe membership outside of the 30-day guarantee period are processed in accord with the terms stated in the “Cancellation of Membership” section above.

This policy applies irrespective of whether or not you have logged on to your member dashboard and utilised membership resources. Refunds may be provided in special circumstances in accord with Australian Consumer Law.
