There is no minimum term or duration for Inner Tribe membership – members can join and cancel their access at any time. Unless stated otherwise, Inner Tribe Trials provide access for the specified time (usually 30 days) at a promotional rate, at the completion of which participants are debited the regular Inner Tribe membership fees (associated with their membership tier) for subsequent payment cycles. These conditions will be clearly stated at the time of a promotion in the relevant webpages and emails following registration. To terminate a trial, the participant must provide notification (as per ‘Cancellation of Access’ procedure outlined below).
To cancel your membership you are required to submit a cancellation request by email to email@example.com a minimum of 3 working days before the due date of your membership cycle.
To discontinue any membership, members must follow the procedure for ‘Cancellation of Membership’ above. The outcome of failing to carry out a cancellation request as outlined above (e.g. emailing the wrong email address) is solely the members’ responsibility.

Requests are to be made by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests for cancellation of Inner Tribe membership outside of the 30-day guarantee period are processed in accord with the terms stated in the “Cancellation of Membership” section above.
